It's simple, if we are late on your order by 3 working days then what was stated on your order we will offer a 10% refund on your order as our apology. Orders delayed due to failed delivery, unforeseen circumstances or customs delays are excluded from this offer. 1st working day is the next working from the date of your order.

The most common document requested for businesses is the tax number to clear your parcel through customs. If your business is not VAT registered, please do not include your business name on the order. Doing so may delay the delivery, as the courier won’t be able to complete the delivery and may be forced to return the parcel to us.

If you miss the delivery, the courier will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Please contact your local courier to arrange redelivery.
